Participating in the classes of the institute signifies that you have reviewed and accepted the terms and conditions of study at the IELTS Brains Language Institute
The adherence to appropriate attire based on General principles, social norms, and customs is mandatory for all language learners. Similar to other educational institutions, the IELTS Brains Language Institute has specific regulations regarding the dress code for its esteemed students. The attire for both men and women, regardless of age, must align with World wide teachings and societal expectations. Additionally, the clothing worn by students should be suitable for educational and cultural environments. It is essential that the style and color of students’ attire differ significantly from that typically worn at weddings and social gatherings. Students who attend classes in unacceptable clothing will receive a verbal warning on the first instance, a written commitment on the second, and may face expulsion from the institute on the third occurrence

Registration and Tuition Payment Regulations
To better understand this process, we will begin with a straightforward definition of level assessment and then examine all the important aspects and considerations involved. Level assessment refers to the evaluation conducted by a qualified expert to determine an individual’s actual language proficiency. At the IELTS Brains Language Institute, this assessment is a two-part process. This dual nature means that you will first be evaluated by a level assessment officer and subsequently through classroom activities under the guidance of an instructor.
It is essential for all prospective students wishing to enroll in courses at the IELTS Brains Language Institute to participate in the level assessment. During emergencies and pandemics, assessments are conducted exclusively through remote means, such as phone calls. There are two methods to complete the level assessment: by calling +989393134801 or by sending a message to WhatsApp at +96892025793. Once your level has been determined by the assessment officer, our registration team will contact you to confirm the schedule for your classes. Please note that the results of the level assessment are valid for three months from the date of the assessment. For current students, a re-assessment can be conducted either through the course instructor or by paying a fee that is double the standard rate.
Registration
As per the usual practice of the institution, the registration period for the upcoming term will commence in the middle of the current term. This timing is essential for the effective organization and planning of classes. The start date for registration will be communicated to our valued language learners through the following methods: SMS notifications sent to the mobile number provided during the registration process, announcements on the institution’s website news section, updates on the institution’s Instagram page, and notifications from instructors within class groups. Language learners will have the opportunity to register for the same term up to ten days after its commencement.
Tuition payment
Tuition payment must be completed prior to the commencement of the course. If the full tuition is not paid by the student, access to the class will be denied. The available methods for tuition payment are as follows: transfer to a card (under specific conditions), an online payment portal for registration, and card reader devices available during the student’s visit to the institution
Withdrawal, Leave of Absence, Deferral, and Tuition Refund Policy
The regulations regarding withdrawal, leave of absence, deferral, and tuition refunds are as follows: Withdrawal from classes after the semester has begun is not acceptable in any case, and failure to attend classes at the start of the semester does not entitle the student to a tuition refund. Late registrations (after the semester has started) are also non-refundable. Withdrawal, deferral, and tuition refunds for students in online classes (only for new enrollments) will be governed by the following conditions:
If a refund request is made up to one session after enrollment, the tuition will not be forfeited and is refundable or can be credited to their account. –
If a refund request is made after two sessions, 50% of the tuition will be forfeited, and the remaining 50% will not be refundable but can be credited to their account. – If a refund request is made after three sessions, it is not possible under any circumstances. Students should note that before the start of the semester, they can transfer their general class tuition to a private class. If a first-degree family member of the student is studying at the institution, the student can transfer their tuition to that person no later than after the first session of the semester. (This clause also applies to current students of the institution.) Tuition forfeiture applies to students who request a refund or deferral after the third session. The tuition for this group of students is non-refundable and cannot be credited under any circumstances.
Privacy Policy
Attendance in online classes is only permitted for registered language learners. If someone other than the institution’s language learner accesses the classes using the account login information, the account in question will be suspended for one term. No tuition fees will be refunded to the offending individual. Recording and sharing online classes in any form and for any purpose is prohibited, and the offending language learner will be expelled from the institution and may face legal action. The online class environment is similar to in-person classes, and when the webcam is on, appropriate attire is required for all language learners. Any form of harassment or invasion of other language learners’ privacy will result in expulsion from the institution and potential legal consequences.
Class Assignment, Instructor, and Class Schedule
The selection of the instructor and class time at the IELTS Brains Language Institute is carried out through a planning process. This schedule is communicated to students via the institute’s software through the website. From the time the class assignment is announced until the start of the term, there is always a possibility of changes to the instructor, and this schedule is not fixed. If students wish to continue studying in the next term with the same instructor, they can submit their request during the first week of the current term, provided they have 100% agreement from their classmates. Requests for assigning an instructor and changing class times will only be considered at the discretion of the program manager.
Class Capacity
The minimum class size is 3 people, and the maximum is 16 people. If the class does not reach the required number of participants, there is a possibility of cancellation or merging of classes on the first day of the term.
Private Classes
Private classes are arranged for learners based on the recommendation of the placement officer or the respective instructor. For learners who have failed, the minimum number of private sessions is 5. For learners who wish to skip a level, the minimum number of sessions is 8. To complete a book, at least 32 private class sessions are required.
